Who We Are

Studioverde brings expertise in landscape architecture, ecology and renewable energy to the next important development to address resiliency and climate change: the Sustainable Sites Initiative (SITES) framework for land development and restoration.

SITES is a program that recognizes the critical importance of landscapes in the built environment and can be used to certify achievement in:

  • UN Sustainable Development Goals,
  • Corporate Environmental and Social Responsibility objectives,
  • Carbon Offset programs,
  • US General Services Administration project development standards,
  • Community, non-profit and corporate policies to improve sustainability and resiliency.

We team with property owners, organizations, and real estate asset managers to develop and restore high performance landscapes that provide multiple benefits: beautiful and meaningful places for recreation, relaxation and contemplation, wildlife and pollinator habitat, and a variety of ecosystem services.

Our ecological services team specializes in environmental assessment and permitting in support of renewable energy development and operations, including solar, wind and associated infrastructure.

Studioverde’s sustainability and environmental experts are nationally recognized thought leaders and practitioners of nature-based solutions for climate change and resiliency.
